The owner is very friendly and available, the spot is very calm, the room is cute and air‑conditioned, matching the photos exactly, and there’s secure parking on the premises—would return if the chance comes up.

The owner waited for us even though we arrived late, the AC was welcome and the bed was comfortable. The only slight drawback is the shower curtain rod that wobbles when you open and close it, and there’s no hook for a bath towel in the shower dormitory.
