“My stay was truly amazing”

The staff was amazing, the breakfast was really good, and my room was very nice, clean and comfortable, though there was a weird food or smell while lying in bed that wasn’t bad but odd.

“Fair but staff was very nice and kind”

The location was convenient, with shops and eateries just a short walk away. When we arrived, the sofa had visible stains that made it look dirty, even though housekeeping had presumably cleaned it. The bathroom’s shower doors didn’t lock properly and the glass door wouldn’t close fully, so water leaked onto the floor each time we showered and we had to use extra towels to mop it up. The water temperature was erratic; sometimes there was no cold water at all, and when the tap was set to cold it still came out scorching hot, almost burning my skin. The toilet sometimes took a long time to refill after flushing, leaving us unable to flush again for a while. The main room light was broken, so we had to rely on lamps and the bathroom lights for illumination. These maintenance and cleanliness problems made the room feel less comfortable and less well‑maintained than we had expected.

“It was good”

Breakfast was decent, but I wasn’t a fan of the protein on the second day, and the location was fine. We had to switch rooms because the first one had a strange odor, and the TV’s placement could have been better.
