Everything was great: close to the airport, frequent shuttle, clean facilities, a nice exercise room, many rooms on the ground floor, spacious and well‑equipped rooms that were clean and quiet with excellent lighting. The only real drawback was the lack of dinner options within walking distance, and there were no USB plugs.

The team was fantastic—Lily the manager was great, Allen the transport guy was super awesome, and everyone else was just amazing. No complaints at all!

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely made me feel welcome; every question was answered confidently. The shuttle to the airport was quick, safe, and pleasant. When we arrived, there was a glitch because the hotel couldn't find my reservation. I had to pull up my communications from both the hotel and the booking site. When the reservation was made, they entered my name as (First, Last) instead of (Last, First). Everything else at the hotel was perfect.
