The location is good, the staff are attentive and friendly, and the beds are comfortable. However, the humidity smell is strong, and if you have allergies it can become noticeable over days. The pillows are too large; several sizes would be better. During some hours of the day there is a lot of noise, but at night it’s almost silent.

The staff were eager to provide the best service, very kind, and they stored our luggage and backpack before check‑in and after check‑out. The cleaning was good, the beds were very comfortable, it’s very central, and they offered purified water for refilling our bottles.

When we arrived, we were drenched in rain for an hour and nobody opened the door; we called on the phone but no one answered. The room they offered us was not the one I had booked. The service was terrible, the bathroom was awful, and they wouldn’t let me pay by credit card, insisting on charging me for hot water instead. I hope this warning helps future travelers.
