We were charged for a VIP room but were given a terrible one, lacking towels and damp.

The parking lot was ample and the restaurant stayed open when I needed it, plus the location is excellent; the Wi‑Fi signal was crucial because the local phone lines are unreliable, and the TV reception was good. From the restaurant I could see a forest, which was very calming and let me take in the surrounding nature, the food was tasty and reasonably priced, and I felt I got what I paid for. Being a road‑side hotel, a faint hum of traffic could be heard, though it never disturbed my sleep.
