I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff, particularly Nurcan, Umud, and Ezra, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Although the kitchen issue prevented me from enjoying the breakfast, Nurcan's kindness and resourcefulness led me to a nearby brunch spot, which made up for the inconvenience. Overall, the room was decent and offered great value for the price, making my stay a pleasant experience.
