Great location. Within walking distance to Termina. Cozy, personable and clean! The couple that owns the property were excellent hosts for our stay! Very accommodating after our long flight! Nothing. It was our favourite place during our 10‑day trip.

Very pretty apartment located in a safe, quiet embassy area, a 15‑minute walk or 5‑minute taxi from the train station. The area is surrounded by the famous ice cream shop La Roman. A public stop at the entrance makes it easy to reach all sights. No complaints.

We visited Venice, Florence, Rome, and Milan, with Rome standing out as the most rewarding stop, thanks to the hosts who treated us like family; next time we should book more days to truly soak in the culture, history, and all the beauty here! The couple took the time to explain must-see sights and prepared a thoughtful breakfast with fruit and coffee—really heartfelt ❤️ thanks again to the hosts!

The vibe was great, the service attentive, and the spot was unbeatable. I felt truly special during my stay and would definitely come back. Antonio and Nicola were fantastic hosts. The location is just a stone's throw from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, so we walked almost everywhere.

Nicole & Antonio are top hosts. We felt welcomed, enjoyed the calm and escape from Rome's bustle, and the property was immaculate with the most comfortable bed and high‑quality sheets. We slept like babies. Every morning we received a lovely breakfast tray, and they looked after us without any hassle. They gave excellent dining tips and arranged taxis for us. We’ll return for sure. It’s far better than impersonal hotels; each evening felt like coming home. Absolutely loved it.
