I loved the personalized outstanding service, beautiful Chinese garden, relaxing spa, and especially the Chinese breakfast. A truly lovely stay! The pool is only 1.2 m deep, and there’s no full‑length mirror in the room.

The hotel was wonderful, one of the best I’ve ever visited, with very friendly staff, meticulous attention to every detail, beautiful gardens and architecture, and it’s located beside West Lake – the highlight of our entire trip through China.
