The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Perhaps consider using numbers on the rooms, keys and doors instead of calling it the budget and deluxe room. Also having a bathroom / office sign on the doors would be helpful and avoid confusion. I didn't like walking into an unfamiliar house by myself trying to find my way to my room while I could not even remember what room I had booked (assuming it was the budget room) and then faced with a multitude of closed doors. The shower was difficult to use – when I turned it on to get the heat going it was fine but then when I moved the handle towards the middle to bring in the cold water, it had an almighty loud screeching sound and when you then adjusted the handle to alleviate the noise, the water was scorchingly hot and I could not stand under the water. The next day I opted to rather have a bath but somehow I couldn't get any hot water to come out of the tap even with the handle turned completely to the left, so I had to revert to getting cold water out of the tap and hot water out of the shower for my bath.
