Cheap, close to shops and grocery stores, but noisy; in the early hours around 1‑2 am I heard a lot of barking and shouting inside the hotel.

The place was stable, yet they didn’t replace the key for the room that had a lost key. The staff asked for the guest’s ID to return it, or could have simply photographed it instead of keeping it and risking it being forgotten at the hotel.

When I checked in before the scheduled time, they added an extra fee; the room listed had a love seat and a sofa, but when I entered there was none, no elevator to the third floor, so I had to climb stairs.
