“Péssimo! Não recomendo”

I thought the place was terrible, there was no bathroom in the accommodation, and on the upper floor there were shared bathrooms where men and women showered together, which was very embarrassing, especially since I was alone with my autistic son. Also, the photos didn’t match the reality; it looked much nicer in the pictures than it actually was. There was no air conditioning, and there were many hairs on the bed. I requested a cancellation and the owners got very upset with me. I was out of pocket, but at least I ended up at another decent hotel.

The staff were helpful, but the room had mold. The sheets, pillowcases, and towels were old. The photos of the rooms and box beds didn’t match the accommodations—the mattress was thinner and the bed was wooden.

It’s very well located and the staff are very polite, but there is no bathroom in the room due to logistical reasons.

I was not satisfied with anything. The room was tiny and noisy, and the luggage storage cost 30, which felt unsafe with many homeless people outside. The breakfast was poor, and for rooms without a private bathroom the price was not cheap. The bathroom water was still cold, and most importantly there were no blankets—just two thin sheets—so it was freezing at night and I caught a chill.
