the food at the Steakhouse restaurant was exceptional
conveniently situated near Mount Gambier town and some of the local sinkholes
the hotel's beautiful surroundings and comfortable accommodations made it the perfect place to relax and unwind
the staff were warm and welcoming

The carpeted sleeping space includes a wardrobe or closet and a desk, and the apartment can accommodate up to five guests. “Great restaurant but average accomodation.”
The Barn steakhouse was amazing—best steak I’ve had and the service was outstanding. The room, however, had paper‑thin walls; it felt like the people next door were in my room. It was noisy, close to the main road, and it was very difficult to get a good rest. I might stay again but would pay for a better room at the back of the facility.

Friendly staff and great restaurant, but the entrance is hard to spot from the highway unless you’re lucky with the weather; better lighting and signage would help.
