The front desk service was very good and the room was nice.

the views and breakfast. The hotel offers free shuttle to airport. That is not really the case. we were 5 and 4 of us had to take taxis on different days. I have arranged for shuttle 2 months before arrival and suddenly all information disappeared from their booking system. we confirmed shuttles the night prior to departure and . it didn't show up. with the new airport opening up it will get worse as they seem to have one shuttle for few locations

The location is great and the rooms are clean and decent. The restaurant was closed even though the website said it would be open on Friday and Saturday, and the cafeteria had a limited selection with missing dishes, especially almost no seafood even though there’s a lot of local fish and shrimp. Airport transfer wasn’t available and late check‑out was denied.
