The staff were friendly and the place was pretty clean, but the constant airplane and train noises made it hard to relax.

The towels were dirty and had hair in them.

The room was clean, but the hotel receptionist’s attitude and behavior were bad.

The price was the only good thing about this property, but they quickly prove why it’s so cheap: I asked about an early‑check‑in fee and was told none existed, yet the next day they charged me $20 without explanation; the Wi‑Fi only works if you stand next to the lobby, and when I politely asked twice to reset it they insisted “the Wi‑Fi works for everyone else,” even though screenshots prove there is no internet and they claim the Wi‑Fi is great.
