I booked several rooms for my wedding and all the guests were very satisfied; the property met expectations and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially for the early check‑in. The service was attentive and professional, making an already special occasion even more enjoyable.
“Felice sorpresa”
The garden was very beautiful and well maintained, the rooms were spacious but a bit dated, and the staff were friendly and courteous. However, there was a bit of mold on the wall and a bathroom tile that was loose.
The location was quiet and neutral, ideal for ferrying to Puglia. The room was comfortable and large, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has its own history; I can’t judge the restaurant because it was closed on Friday. The shower was a bit old-fashioned.

The place offered tranquility and the staff were kind, but there was no option to dine there.
Everything was fine, except for the rude customers at breakfast. 😊
