The staff were absolutely great from start to finish. The zebra room was fantastic. The location is great although a bit difficult to find at first especially because we arrived at night. The gazelle room that we booked didn’t look like it was made up for guests arriving and had a leak in the bathroom and a broken toilet seat. After we raised this with the staff they had no issue in upgrading us straight away to the fantastic zebra room and apologised for the inconvenience
