The location is convenient, not far from the train station, near Train Street and the Old Quarter, and walking around is easy; overall it’s a good value for a week or a few days in Hanoi. The bathroom is very small, communication with staff is only via WhatsApp, which is not very responsive but acceptable, and there is no housekeeping service unless requested.

The location is excellent and quieter than the historic center; the room is pretty and welcoming. The bathroom isn’t great, but it meets Vietnamese standards.

Convenient and well‑situated, the room includes a small kitchen, a microwave, and a large fridge. It is very tiny and only has a sink in the bathroom and a mini kitchen.

We found the place to be a fantastic deal; the apartment felt like a trendy Airbnb on the top floor with a balcony that was too hot to use, so we stayed inside where the AC was excellent. Walking to the Old Quarter takes only 10‑15 minutes, and it’s close to the train street. The owner isn’t met in person, but they reply quickly on WhatsApp if you need help. Payment is in cash at the start, dropped into a money‑box in the foyer. No issues at all.
