“Super!”
The large garden, the outdoor seating area, Valentina’s friendly attitude, and the dinner she served us (me and my friends) were all great—simple, unobtrusive, and very pleasant. I didn’t need a remote.
“No, no ! Assolutamente No!!!”
The location, included parking and terrace were positives, but the price, cleanliness, wifi that never worked, rude and arrogant staff, and overall it’s a place we’ll never return to and strongly advise against for many reasons. Upon arrival we collected the keys from the box as instructed, climbed the second floor (no elevator) into a building full of dusty, questionable furnishings, and found our apartment with the door wide open. The door couldn’t be closed—the lock and latch were unusable—and we didn’t even have the key in the set. When we noticed this at night, we called the property; they didn’t reply immediately, but after about an hour they just said it wasn’t possible to fix it in time for our arrival (they claimed a locksmith would have sufficed, but we’re sure that’s false; they never fix it, and it was probably always like that). Inside we had a small door but it did little; when we left we had to leave it open, no chance to close it. We could only lock the bedroom with our personal items, but the keys were the same for all doors, so security and privacy were zero. Cleaning and laundry were not included, nor was toilet paper, which is ridiculous for the price paid. (We did find clean towels halfway through the stay.) When we arrived we pointed out that the apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly—especially the bathroom and kitchen (dust, stains, a half‑broken faucet). The terrace had an ashtray full of cigarette butts and a bag on the floor, and the glasses were unusable. We bought plastic glasses, cutlery, and plates, and obviously didn’t touch the pots. They replied “it’s a country house,” so apply the appropriate price for a country house, not the one we paid, which is far from reality.
The room was quiet, but it was very damp and cramped.
The atmosphere was nice.

The property is pretty overall and has a lot of potential that isn’t being used. Unfortunately there was no welcome, no explanation of the services, no staff on hand except for the booking chat that was answered hours later. The shower was uncomfortable, the wifi only worked for the first three minutes, we couldn’t have breakfast because we weren’t told to book it in advance, the garden is wonderful but poorly maintained, and overall we were not satisfied with this stay.
