The small place was very clean and truly pleasant, close to the airport with plenty of small restaurants nearby, and everyone was very kind.

The distance to the beach was close, and a young owner‑couple ran the place. The soundproofing was weak; I stayed for 7 nights to do online English conversation in a quiet setting, but the constant road noise was far worse than expected, and late‑night bass from a nearby shop made me feel like a neuroses; after two nights I gave up and paid for the remaining five nights at another resort hotel.

The reception was very friendly and attentive, the sea view from the accommodation was beautiful if not for the loud traffic, and it is a bit outside the hectic area but everything is reachable by car or scooter; Ko Samui is a small island that can be circled in 1‑2 hours. The traffic noise is loud.
