We chose this hotel because my son was attending an event at the Indonesia Convention Center. The staff were polite and always helpful. Breakfast offered many hot options, and they even cooked some dishes on the spot! The hotel is near Breeze and Aeon Mall, where a free shuttle is available. Checking out was effortless. There’s really nothing to criticize.
Clean, hospitable, and the gym and pool weren’t crowded on weekdays.

The stay was very lovely, the hotel clean and tidy, service excellent, staff helpful. A beautiful experience, I recommend it and will definitely stay again.

A nice hotel with very friendly staff! The food was also good… The location isn’t in the city center, but it’s close to a pleasant open‑air shopping street. Some areas could use a bit of renovation.
