I asked for rooms that were close together and the front desk said they could do it, but when we got there they said they couldn't. I don't get why they'd say yes before knowing for sure. Also the indoor pool was ice‑cold.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs, and the rooms were clean and comfy. On the downside, there was no microwave in the room and my booking promised free breakfast, but I didn't see any offered. The walls were a bit thin, so the noise was noticeable.
