The spot was awesome, the spa, pool, and gym were great, and the staff were polite. The building looked beautiful, but the dinner dishes were good yet not up to the rest of the experience. Breakfast was amazing!

The sauna area, the plentiful breakfast‑snack‑dinner options, and the stunning pool view made for an unforgettable weekend. The bathroom was small, and I’d rather have a firmer pillow than the soft one provided.

“Toller Wellness- und Kulinarik Kurzaufenthalt in modernisierungsbedürftigem Zimmer”

We received an upgrade to the Residence instead of the Dependence, and the rooms in the Residence matched the style of the Dependence but included a kitchen we didn’t use and a private dining area. The Residence’s advantage is an underground passage linking it to the main building, making it easy to reach the pool, fitness, and wellness areas. Those areas and the main house are really great, as is the breakfast buffet and the evening menu. The staff are very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Thanks to Nicola at reception and Svetlana at the restaurant – you guys do a fantastic job! Despite the upgrade to the Residence, the rooms themselves (even the bathrooms) feel outdated. The photos don’t show it – they look like a cozy country house, which they are, but they feel about 20 years old. The kitchen might be from the 1970s…

“Traumhotel, Traumlage, Traumessen - besser geht nicht”

The food was sensational with a huge selection at both breakfast and dinner, absolutely high‑quality and delicious. Huge praise for the kitchen. The pool and garden are beautiful, the staff are very helpful and friendly, and the rooms (we had a room in the Dependence Mühlenhof) are very clean and the location is a dream. The bus stops in front of the hotel, and from there you can start hiking right away; you can also rent bikes, and the cable car stops behind the building – what more could you want for a nice active holiday in South Tyrol? Perfect hotel. I honestly can’t think of any negatives – everything was great, though of course you pay a certain price here.
