The room was spacious and situated so you could walk 10‑20 minutes to the main sights; the staff were friendly and eager to help, and the room got cleaned daily with fresh towels. The shower screen door was a bit dirty.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and that says nothing about the overall condition of the hotel. The place needs a serious overhaul; I've stayed in hostels and budget hotels before, but this one was just outright filthy. The cleaners do what they can, but more effort is required to keep the interiors clean and updated. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The area is also surrounded by major construction, which I know isn’t the hotel’s fault, but travelers should be aware.

The location wasn’t bad—it was a 30‑minute walk to the old quarters, and the staff were pleasant. The room was unclean: I dropped items on the floor and brushed my hands against it, leaving my hands visibly dirty. The walls had dirt and scuff marks everywhere. My shower handle kept falling off the wall, so I had to reattach it several times. The air‑con was inconsistent. The whole area around the hotel is a construction zone, making it very noisy.

The facilities were complete, the bed was comfortable, and the price was reasonable—worth staying. The Wi‑Fi was strong at times and weak at others. There was no breakfast service at the hotel, and the road to Hà Nội was not convenient for getting in and out of the hotel.

It was close to the center. The mattress was firm and the hotel felt old.
