They had no rooms left and had double‑booked, so I couldn’t stay there.

It’s right next to a shop in the city centre, but the building is dirty, disorganized, smells bad, the staff communicate poorly and are unresponsive, and the online description didn’t match the actual condition—an obviously rundown and unsafe place.
