Breakfast was excellent, the service very warm, the hotel is central, the value for money is great, and for a short trip it’s perfect. The water pressure was low; you need to notify them so their systems can be checked, but that issue was resolved and the rest of the stay was fine.

The room was spacious, the bed comfy and there was a fridge. There was no wardrobe (only shelves and hangers) and it was a 20‑minute walk from Plaza de Armas.

The value for money is excellent. There is an elevator and a fridge in the room, which is a good size. The staff are very friendly and ready to solve any question. There are no wardrobes, only shelves and hangers, and it’s a 20‑minute walk from the city centre.

The buffet was good, though they could mix up the selection a bit more. Everything else was fine.

The spot was close to Titicaca Train. We arrived at 21:00, but the room was around 15 °C and the separate heater didn’t warm it until the next morning, so we slept in coats.
