Communication before arrival was extremely friendly and warm, and having access to communal areas like a large kitchen was great; the room’s unique décor stood out, and its central location in Le Locle was convenient, with all amenities provided, though roadwork caused some noise during that period, which is temporary.

I especially enjoyed the pleasant setting of the establishment and its ideal location, and everything was perfect.

The hotel is lovingly and originally decorated, with wonderful details such as the way the frotté towels or toilet paper rolls are presented, but the building’s street location meant traffic disturbed me when the windows were open.

There was no real TV in the living room, just a computer screen with sound that was barely audible.
