The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location was great too, but the 15:00 check‑in was inconvenient after a long trip; I’d have liked to access my room immediately upon arrival. I had reached out about a month before my stay to request an earlier check‑in, hoping for roughly an hour before the standard time, yet the hotel declined. Also, coffee was supposedly available daily at reception, but I was told it only started at 12:00, so a morning cup would have been welcome for guests without breakfast included.

La ducha del baño deliciosa después de un día largo. Buena cama y aire acondicionado. Cerca a la estación unos 5m de la salida 7 del metro. Lavandería económica. Todo bien

“Great Service and convenient location - I will be back”

The location was spot on, just a short walk from the Metro and JR train station, and there were plenty of convenience stores and even two vegetarian/vegan spots nearby. The staff were very helpful; when I ran into Wi‑Fi trouble they went all out to fix it, eventually swapping the floor’s router so it worked perfectly by the time I returned. They offered me a new room, but I chose to stay. They really went above and beyond and were kind and friendly throughout. On the downside, the room felt a bit cramped; I booked a single but the bed was a double, which was nice, yet the counter space was limited. Still, the room did what I needed it to do, so I’m not upset, just a note for anyone booking a single.
