The hotel sits in a decent spot, but there’s no free parking on the premises; you might have to search the gravel lot across the street. The rooms feel hot and the beds are hard—almost like concrete—so I had to skip a night because my back, neck, and shoulders were sore. If you’re heading to Göreme/Cappadocia and wondering whether a “cave hotel” is worth it, you can enjoy Cappadocia without staying in a cave. Next time I’ll pick a regular hotel with air‑conditioning, a view, and a comfortable mattress. The staff at the Owl Hotel were lovely, friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast was fabulous, so decide for yourself. That’s just my take.

The staff were friendly, the location and views were great. The rooms can feel a bit stuffy and humid.

I’m reluctant to say anything positive. The hotel is not a good place to stay. The rooms were dirty and smelled awful.

“Great hotel by the viewpoint”

The location was excellent. The staff were great, and the coffee‑making experience was fun. I really enjoyed my stay at this charming little cave hotel. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of fresh fruit, bread, cheese, and hot dishes cooked daily. Highly recommend.
