The lady who drives us is lovely. The managers were incompetent and refused to talk to us. There was no customer service; the place was infested with cockroaches, bedbugs, termites, rats, and ants in the rooms and beds. Even with a mosquito net, cockroaches got in the beds. The management handled it poorly. The only friendly person was the lady at the hotel.

The staff (one person) was very kind and sunny. The surroundings were dirty, probably due to the sea, and the property itself was poorly maintained, perhaps because it was a low‑season period. Shower water flowed slowly; I had to disassemble the shower head to wash. No toilet paper or any kind of shampoo was provided. I was woken at night by a thousand insects biting me and a large rat that, fortunately, preferred a bag of chips over me.
