The staff were cheerful and helpful, greeting us warmly upon arrival. The sound insulation was poor; any little noise became a nuisance, especially the planes passing just above the hotel early in the morning. Exposed switches were dangerous for children.

It was really outside Biarritz, otherwise it was more than fine as a base.

The bed was comfy and there was on‑site parking; the welcome was also very good. The shower wasn’t very practical, and there was no toilet paper and the hair dryer didn’t work.
