Phurua Sanctuary Resort and Spa

The scenery was wonderful, they let me check in early, the pool was large, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the staff were welcoming. The breakfast was bland; only the eggs and, oddly enough, the ham were tasty. The rice soup and everything else were barely edible. The room with a pool exit is good and big, but it’s impossible to get from the room into the pool—only by jumping—and you can only exit the pool from the other side, not back into the room. It’s a very strange system.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had a mixed experience. The location was great, and the grounds were lovely, but the villa itself was just okay. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a letdown, and the pool water was too cold for a refreshing swim. To make matters worse, we found that some basic amenities like cutlery and bottle openers were missing, and the advertised bicycles were not available.

“Good time in this Hotel”

I visited this place and found it to be nice, but there was something that didn't quite sit right with me. Despite the initial pleasant impression, I ended up feeling a bit underwhelmed. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it seemed like there was a bit of a mismatch.

My stay here was a bit of a contradiction - the cleanliness was top-notch, but the atmosphere was eerily quiet. I appreciated the attention to detail in keeping the place spotless, but I couldn't shake off the feeling that it was a bit too subdued.
