The location was good, the bed comfortable, and there was free drinking water. However, a number of small issues made the stay less pleasant: the front door required a key to exit, which felt unsafe and forced my partner and me to stay together; nobody was present to check us in, so we had to call for instructions on how to access the lobby, meaning you need a SIM card or good cell service; the smoke alarm in the room was covered with a plastic bag; the shower door handle was missing, making it difficult to open, and there was no shower mat, so the floor became very slippery; we found clothes from previous occupants in the drawers; and although we were the only guests, we were assigned a room five flights up the stairs.
