“Напор воды надо увеличить и сделать тренажерный зал так как территория маленькая и негде ходить”
Nothing stood out positively. The shower water was poor, and the dinner food at the restaurant was terrible.

Ka'ana Resort & Spa, nestled in lush gardens outside San Ignacio, features charming rooms with terraces, an infinity pool, and a spa offering unique treatments. The resort provides excursions to nearby national parks, caves, and the rainforest. Gourmet Belize cuisine is served at La Ceiba Restaurant, using organic produce from on-site gardens, with options for private dining.

The staff were friendly and the tour guides were knowledgeable, and the food was good, but the place was small and very bespoke.

The grounds were beautiful, the staff were very welcoming and helpful, the air conditioning was great, and the food was excellent. The location was nice—no more than a short drive from town, especially if you have a rental car. Parking was free and easy.

The staff were super friendly and caring, very attentive and respectful. The room had a very large bed that felt luxurious. They provided a kettle, a mini fridge, plenty of toiletries, drinking water, and a delicious treat every night—a very nice touch. They also did an evening turnover. The pool temperature was 87 °F, a bit too cold for me, and it was a very small pool, just for a quick refresh. The restaurant was great, even though the prices weren’t cheap, the food was always spectacular. The included breakfast had two options: a basket of bread and a healthy option. Portions were small, but the healthy option was the best. No buffet style. The hotel also has very luxurious villas; I stayed in a regular room. We chose this hotel because we wanted to visit the Guatemalan Mayan Ruins, which were about 3 hours away, but the border was only 10 minutes away. There were no stores nearby, nothing within walking distance, the heat was too intense, and the street outside the hotel was a wide avenue. It takes about 10 minutes by car or about 40 minutes walking to San Ignacio. The tour prices at the hotel were insane—they almost doubled the prices compared to tours in San Ignacio downtown, even for the same tours. Every purchase had an added 10 % service fee and a 12.5 % government fee. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, and no USB outlets by the bed.

The grounds were beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the food fresh, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The restaurant was great, but since there was only one, it might have helped to offer a light lunch menu.
