I liked the location and the staff were friendly. I didn’t like that they call it a hotel, but after 3 pm the staff leave and you’re left completely alone.

Because the cabins are rustic, there’s no air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable at times, but it’s also part of the experience. There are few vegan options at breakfast.

I do not recommend this place, especially to solo female travelers. The hotel is one of the most expensive in the area, yet the food voucher only covers $250, while every restaurant dish costs more, making it almost useless. The restaurant staff is intrusive, constantly pushing me to eat there and even barging into my room under the guise of “checking on me,” which feels like a privacy violation. As a woman traveling alone, that was particularly unsettling. During my stay, there was a full day without electricity or water, so I couldn’t use the internet or shower at the beach. The pool was dirty most of the time, and my room was never cleaned over four nights. For the price paid, I expected immaculate facilities and professional service, but the experience was far from that.
