The room was good, the bathroom was large and clean, and there was a kettle in the kitchen to make coffee. I was a little uneasy about how the entry chips were stored; it seemed insecure, and the kitchen wasn’t very clean.

This wasn’t my first time staying here, but unlike previous visits we were diverted to a different room in another building; the cleanliness and comfort were not up to the standard of earlier stays. We weren’t informed before arrival that the room we expected was unavailable, which was disappointing—this was the third time we came, and we won’t return.

“Nos vieron la cara”

The communication with the center was poor; the nearest metro station is a half‑hour walk, which takes about thirty minutes at a brisk pace. The bathroom lacks heating, and the house access key kept failing repeatedly. This is my sixth visit to London, and the first time I’m writing a negative review.
