We booked a room but when we arrived they said the hotel was fully booked and redirected us to a filthy hotel that was nowhere near the same standard; no transfer or proper help was offered, and at 3 a.m. we had to find another place in Mumbai ourselves. We asked for a refund but after more than a month it still hasn’t come through. The property ignores our calls and emails. DO NOT RECOMMEND. You might have a confirmed booking and still end up without a room.

The cleanliness was poor, the bed linens weren’t clean or properly washed, the side‑glass slider window wouldn’t lock, and the tea tray and kettle weren’t cleaned properly.

The place was not even remotely like the photos; the lock was broken so I couldn’t leave anything and had to keep traveling with my luggage.
