Breakfast and dinner were excellent, the location was quiet with a view of the golf course, and the swimming pool was very enjoyable.

“Perfect - warm hospitality, great location and fine dining!”

The welcome was warm and made me feel at home; the staff were friendly yet professional all the time. The public areas—reading room, games room, and dining room—were tastefully furnished and very comfortable. My bedroom was spacious, the bed was ideal for a good night's sleep, and the design and soft furnishings matched the hotel's style. A modern bathroom with a bath completed a perfect stay. The hotel welcomes solo travellers, couples, groups of friends, and families (with children and pets) with ease, warmth, and genuine hospitality. I think the team at the Glenesk Hotel ticks all the boxes; the hotel's interior and grounds exceed expectations.

“Gorgeous property lovely staff”

The building is stunning, my room looked over part of a golf course, the staff were kind and friendly, and Daisy the cat was too. The meal I had was just delicious—especially that steak with peppercorn sauce—and the wine choices were good too. If you like gin or whiskey, the selection in the bar was insane!
