“Boa localização”
Location was good. The hot water in the shower didn’t work on the second day.
I could make tea and pastries, had a shower in the room, and overall it was clean, but I gave it only a 3 because the cold water was awful; it was icy and we couldn't get a proper shower, especially in the morning when it disappeared entirely, which I think is unacceptable for a hotel.
“Non c'era l'acqua nel bagno”
The only thing I liked was the location. The building is a typical house turned B&B with nothing special, but after a day exploring Rome we returned to our room and found no water in the bathroom; we couldn't shower and had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. We reported the issue to the owner, who came by with a tourist tax collector and asked for a refund for the serious inconvenience, but was denied. The owner knew about the problem beforehand, saying that water is sometimes shut off for maintenance and that’s why bottled water is provided. She should have informed us at booking so we could decide whether to accept the inconvenience or change accommodations. I won’t return and don’t recommend it.

The place was unbearably noisy—bathroom sounds from the room next door, neighbors, and lights in shared areas that seeped into my room—plus there was no AC, so it got very hot in the evenings.
