The cleaning standard was very high in both the room and the hotel overall. Breakfast offered a wide range of local and international items. The reception was fantastic with highly personalized service. One suggestion: why is the music by the pool so loud? Could the music selection be refreshed? Also, the sign indicating pool access should be updated.

Very close to Ballermann yet still relatively quiet. The bed is truly comfortable. The rooms are far too noisy, and the toilet is built so that you can only sit on it at an awkward angle. Breakfast is really not good.

The beach is very close. The towels and sheets are very worn and dark.

The rooms are always very clean, and the whole property, reception staff are all very helpful; they arranged the airport taxi for the time we requested. The pool service was outstanding – an Italian woman who was very good and polite, compliments. The pool was clean with nice lounge chairs. A major. the breakfast room manager behaved poorly, arriving at 10:30 and pushing people out of the room, violently dismantling the coffee machine so people couldn’t get coffee, rude and shameful behavior. At 10:30 it’s too early – accommodate guests and allow breakfast until at least 11:30, guests are on vacation, not forced to eat early, this is a huge negative.
