Nothing good. The room smelled of bad food, the duct was next to the window, it was noisy all night, there was no carpet in the corridors, and no one helped with the luggage.

Everything was wonderful—from the accommodation to the breakfast—and a special thanks to the front‑desk staff member who was always helpful, very attentive and always smiling; may he stay healthy.

The staff, especially Amir at reception, the young woman with him, and Abdulqader, were appreciated. The room that was given to me had no windows.

The location is the only good thing. It is one of the worst hotels I have ever tried, and honestly I don't think it even deserves one star. The experience started at the reception, where no one helps you carry your bags, so you have to carry them yourself to the room. The photos of the rooms do not reflect reality at all; they suggest the rooms are much larger and better than they really are. If the room is on the top floor (the roof), the situation is even worse, especially because this is not made clear enough when booking. The ceiling is slanted, the space is very small, and there is no balcony. Cleanliness and services are also below standard. Basic toiletries are missing; I asked for them and they gave me only one soap, no toothpaste, and no iron. The sound insulation in the rooms is very poor, to the point that I could hear the neighbors talking as if they were in my room. The breakfast was below average, with very limited options. As for the staff, their attitude varies with their mood; if they are relaxed, the service is excellent, but if they are not in the mood to deal with you, you feel it immediately in their manner. Unfortunately, the photos and videos spread about the hotel deceive you and give a much better impression than reality. I do not recommend this hotel at all, and my experience with it was disappointing.
