“Perfect 🤩”
I’ve stayed here before and the location is fantastic; the place is spotless and the staff are welcoming and helpful, though I did wish they’d have supplied an extra pillow.

Hidayah, the staff member who managed my 9‑room booking, was excellent. She is very professional, caring, and goes the extra mile to look after us. She even checked in to make sure everything was fine. A small token for each room is greatly appreciated, especially by our overseas guests. Keep it up—it reminds me of a Ritz‑Carlton experience. The bride and groom sharing one of the nine rooms were touched by the gesture. Good job, Hidayah! Two of the room’s toilets were mouldy.
The staff were friendly. The room was too small and the bed was too hard.
Well‑located hotel. Metro and bus stations nearby. Clean, staff very available, welcoming, and smiling. Good breakfast. Nothing else to add.

The location and the pool were good, but the room was noisy, especially at night, and there was no enforcement of quiet hours.
