The staff were courteous, yet the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, the pillows were awful, and I expected fresh gluten‑free options instead of the usual packaged snacks, maybe even ham‑egg pastries.

“Vite et passable”

It was peaceful, but the breakfast was very minimalistic, the shower was tiny and not very clean.

The staff were super friendly and flexible; the room was fantastic with a bathtub, a nice balcony with sun, but the pool was a bit odd – they had lanes to swim in instead of open water, so it wasn’t a relaxing pool experience.

“Prestations/services non explicits et trompeuses”

The bed was quite large because two single beds were placed together; the medium‑firm mattress was what I prefer, the hotel was clean and the exterior was very pretty. However, the value for money and services were lacking. We chose this hotel only for its wellness vibe and pools, yet accessing the pool was already difficult because there were no fixed opening or closing times, and we had to pay an extra 10€ even though the pool was used by the public as a municipal swimming course, which didn’t meet our expectations. This was not explained when we requested access, nor did we get a “lane” to “enjoy the pool.” The relaxation aspect lost all meaning. The breakfast quality was below my taste for a four‑star hotel.
