The location and the staff were fine, but the property wasn’t worth it.
The balcony was nice, but the staff, especially at reception, behaved poorly; we got brown water from the washroom, and the bed had bugs and leftover hair from previous guests.
This hotel is truly perfect. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The rooms are spotless, the beds are comfy, and the staff is always smiling. I've stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. If you're looking for a great place to stay, look no further.

The room was spacious, but the lighting was poor and there were no TVs in the rooms.
We arrived at 11 PM with a confirmed booking, only to be told that they don't accept foreign guests. No explanation, no apology, just a flat-out refusal. We were left to fend for ourselves, and the staff didn't even offer to help us find alternative accommodations. To make matters worse, we had to spend the night in the lobby, where we witnessed some disturbing behavior that made us think something fishy was going on.
