We really enjoyed our stay, fantastic amenities (the spa area is a dream), cozy decorated rooms with a comfortable bed and wonderful floor heating, fresh breakfast with locally sourced products, and the kindness of the staff; we really enjoyed everything.

A huge thank you to everyone at Casa Baciu Colacu for the most wonderful warm welcome, especially the restaurant staff who handled the language barrier and the kitchen staff for the amazing egg‑free bread and pastries; an extra special thanks to Ana for going out of her way to make our stay in Romania magical. We will treasure those memories for years. The hotel is beautiful in a stunning location with everything you need to relax. The food was amazing, so much so that we ate there every night. The trout salad was delicious 😁 and the meats, of course! We explored the area daily, walking a lot at home and on holiday, preferring countryside over tourist spots, so this was absolutely perfect – we highly recommend it for a walking holiday since there are many trails locally and further afield. It is the most stunning place! We also visited the monasteries, a bit of a drive away but definitely worth seeing. They're beautiful! Thank you again for making our stay truly special.

Casa Baciu din Colacu feels like a real slice of paradise, the perfect spot if you’re after complete silence and dream‑like scenery. The food is simply outstanding, authentically prepared and full of flavor, and the staff greet you with extraordinary warmth and friendliness, making you feel at home. Everything was absolutely flawless! We felt amazing and will definitely come back as soon as possible.
