Good behaviour of staff. Bathroom cleaning and sleeper required

Location near to Highway & Railway Station. Staff not trained, bathroom was not clean, fan not working, water geyser was switched off from the main switch and I had to ask to turn it on from the main MCV—worst experience ever, not recommended for stay with or without family.
