“Great staff but room needs to be great too”
The location and staff were good, but the room required upkeep and the tap water wasn’t very clear, even though they offered a separate drinking water tap.

I disliked every aspect; it turned out worse than expected, with a terrible experience and unresponsive staff, no hot water at all—don’t book if you’re heading to Mangalore, Surathkal KA.
