The B&B’s location is fantastic, behind Teatro Massimo and from Palermo’s center. The external structure is a bit run‑down, but that’s a characteristic of Palermo. The rooms are spacious, quiet, with a comfortable and clean bed. Breakfast was good and plentiful, but I expected a few more local specialties.

The location was very central and the room (in the inner part of the building) was very quiet, clean, and comfortably furnished. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant—thank you very much! Nothing negative, everything was great.

I had a large room in a quiet spot. The central location in the city. Breakfast had too much sweet stuff. The fridge was not working; it was leaking. Even though I chose a room with a balcony, I was disappointed: it faced the street and was very noisy. That should be mentioned in the description!

The staff were fantastic, especially Arno who welcomed us warmly and made sure we were comfortable throughout; the only downside was that the shower was a bit narrow.

The location is superb, just a 3‑minute walk to Palermo’s main street, and the staff were very friendly—especially Federice, who answered all my questions thoroughly; I really enjoyed my stay in Palermo. The Italian breakfasts aren’t my favorite, but I adapted without much trouble, and the only real drawback was the small shower cabin.
