The front desk and cafeteria staff were very helpful, especially Luciano Lima at the cafeteria; however, the minibar in the room was too cheap.

I've stayed at this hotel before and now it's terrible; the air conditioning doesn't cool properly, the pool tiles are falling, the breakfast is the same every day, and the staff are indifferent.
