The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. But the pools were barely warm, and the whole place was overrun with WAN salespeople trying to sell shares all the time—at the front desk, the restaurant, the pools. Even after I told them I wasn’t interested, they kept coming back. It made walking around the hotel exhausting.

The rooms were always clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot. The pools, however, were a letdown—only one small one was warm, and the rest were icy cold.
