Great location, very close to the train station and near the old town. The apartment was generally very good. The kitchenette annex was fine, plus a capsule coffee machine (you can buy capsules at the Tchibo store in the mall). The bed was supposed to be double but the mattresses were single and very bouncy. Soundproofing was at a terrible level (I understand old buildings but…); I suggest a narrow wardrobe behind the door for coats and shoes.
“Great location clean apartment.”
The location is a few minutes’ walk from the train and bus stations and also the shopping mall. Check‑in was straightforward with access codes. They provided two hand towels, bath towels, and a bath floor mat. There was a variety of tea and coffee capsules, and air conditioning was available even though we didn’t use it. No other complaints.

The place is 10‑15 minutes from the center and close to the shopping mall where parking is cheaper than on the street, which is handy if you need a spot for your car and want a variety of shops nearby. The train station is super close. I didn’t realize there was no elevator—my fault, but traveling with a baby and a stroller made the stairs a real hassle, especially since we had to go up and down many times, even without luggage. We asked about parking and got no reply, and there was no soap or shampoo for the shower. I also asked about the Wi‑Fi password and didn’t get an answer; the drawers kept falling out and were almost unusable, there was no wardrobe or extra storage beyond the mentioned drawer, and the Wi‑Fi password didn’t work. Because nobody answered, I didn’t bother asking more questions. There were missing glasses, a limited number of plates, and cooking utensils were lacking, so overall the apartment’s maintenance felt pretty neglected.
The property is in a good spot and quieter than the noise from public transport. The internal soundproofing is poor, so if the neighbors next door shout, it’s all heard. The room lacked a wardrobe; there were only four hangers on the front door and the sheet underneath was torn. The pillows were too high and hard; we asked politely via message to change them, but the staff replied negatively, saying they only have the standard “norm” ones. Moreover, the booking photos showed three pillows per head, but we received only two, mismatched. A bit more attention to detail and guest needs would make a difference.
“Lovely stay :)”
The spot was great and the beds were comfy, plus having a washing machine was handy for rinsing towels. The apartment itself is on the small side, and the photos don’t really capture that; we only got one big towel per day for five days, and when we asked for more we never heard back from the owners.
